iRealEstateLink.com to Launch in March 2007

(Atlanta) iRealEstateLink.com, a new online broadcasting channel dedicated to courses and programs of interest to the real estate community, will debut in March 2007. The channel is the newest offering by the Atlanta-based ontheRibbon.com. The company produces a list of business and industry-related programs, both free and subscription-only, including “Ask the Experts” and "Real Estate Investing". iRealEstateLink.com will be launching a diverse slate of free and subscription-only programs and courses in English and Spanish, including “Fundamentals of Real Estate,” “Es Su Casa,” and “Jump Street: Investing from the Ground Up,”. All the programs will feature hosts and guests who are top experts in the various specialties.

The first subscription offering by the new channel will be “Mega Mortgages,” presented by real estate and mortgage veteran Wright Davis. iRealEstateLink.com to Present Spanish-Language Real Estate Investment Series

(Atlanta)iRealEstateLink.com, a new online television channel dedicated to courses and programs of interest to the real estate community, will present a series about real estate investment in Spanish, beginning on TBA. The six-part series, “Invertiendo Hoy,*am*rdquo; (Investing Today), will be hosted by entrepreneur and veteran real estate professional Evelyn Tejada.

The channel is the newest offering by the Atlanta-based OntheRibbon.com. The company produces a list of business and industry-related programs, both free and subscription-only, including “Ask the Experts” and “Real Estate Investing”.

iRealEstateLink.com’s “Ask the Expert”Series will Launch in April 2007.

(Atlanta) iRealEstateLink.com, a new internet television channel offering programs for real estate professionals and homebuyers, will start a new “Ask the Expert” series in April 2007.
The series, hosted by Gordon Catts, airs Wednesdays at 12:30 pm, and features real estate and financial experts discussing subjects of interest to business professionals. On TBA entrepreneurs and husband and wife Louis and Janice Brown will discuss the benefits and challenges of a business partnership with a spouse. On TBA commercial realtor Laura May will explain the basics of commercial real estate and critical issues of property investments.

Finally, on TBA Kim Cook, co-founder of the North Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, will discuss Short Sales strategies. “Ask the Expert” is one of offering in a diverse slate of other real estate, travel, and business-related programs and courses in English and Spanish which launch in January. Additionally, the channel will feature subscription-only real estate courses, including “Fundamentals of Real Estate” and the ten-part “Mega Mortgages” with Wright Davis, which begins on TBA.

Veteran Real Estate Instructor Wright Davis presenting Internet Course on Mortgage Notes

(Atlanta)  Wright Davis, one of the nation’s best known real estate and mortgage note instructors, will present a live online course entitled ”Mega Mortgages” on the new iRealEstateLink.com website beginning TBA. The ten-session internet course will be broadcast from 6 pm to 9 pm every Tuesday and Thursday through TBA. It will be available by way of subscription only, which includes access to the live broadcast, as well as archives of the sessions. The fee for the course is $1295. However, Davis is offering a way for students to be reimbursed for the entire cost of the program. “If a participants brings me a signed mortgage deal, and it closes, I’ll refund his or her money.” He says that he’s already had several former students deliver just such a deal, a testimony to the value of the course. “I’ve been presenting ‘Mega Mortgage’ in a seminar format during the past few years, and it has been extremely successful,” he says. “I think its the most comprehensive course of its kind on the market. Now, instead of subscribers having to travel to attend, we’re bringing to their offices or homes.” The ten sessions cover the gamut of critical issues in the area of real estate financing, beginning with basics and addressing discounting, partial purchases, discounting, managing cash slow, substitution of collateral, home mortgage strategies, marketing and advertising, legal matters, contracts, and other topics important to real estate investment professionals.
