Gordon Catts

Gordon Catts is Channel Manager for iRealEstateLink.com. Gordon has a widely diversified real estate background. He has been involved in building, appraisal, title work, and brokerage, as well as training, mentoring and consulting.

Gordon has trained thousands of real estate investors nationally, as well as locally in the Greater Atlanta area. He actively participates in the Creative Real Estate Movement and is a Past President of Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GAREIA) as well as being a Founding Board Member of the National Real Estate Investors Association (NAREIA). As an instructor he has also taught Real Estate License Law and Post License Continuing Education for agents. He was one of the contributing review editors for the Real Estate Post License Courses and was a Founding Member of the Georgia Association of Real Estate Educators. He is a published author with articles in the Financial Freedom Report, The Creative Investor's Advisor, Creative Real Estate Magazine, The Offer (GAREIA's monthly newsletter), and other periodicals.

Evelyn Tejada

Evelyn is an immigrant from the Honduras that came to the United States to attend pharmacy school and go back home to work at her family's business.  She had a vision for something more, so she stayed in the US.  After working for CVS as a pharmacist and manager, she realized that was not it.  So, she started her investing career in 2001.  She went from not even owning her own bed to controlling millions in real estate in a decade.  Her Christian values play a tremendous role in all her decisions.  To do the ordinary things extraordinarily well is what makes a difference, and so she strives for excellence in all that she does.  She is very flexible.  This quality has allowed her to transition her success from the seller's market when she started investing in Boston, MA, to a buyer's market in Athens, GA, with tremendous success. 

Now she loves the opportunity to provide a fresh start to the many families that she encounters and moving and inspiring people to prosper and create lives of balance and abundance.  Evelyn has structured real estate transactions that have netted her -$10,000 to over $150,000.  No, it is not a typo; she has also learned through the "school of hard knocks" on many occasions.  She has also learned that failure is an event and not what defines the person.  Evelyn has managed rehabs from minor cosmetic repairs to major renovations.  She also buys pre-forclosure homes and wholesales.  She moved to Athens, Georgia in 2004 where she resides with her husband Vitelio, and her three children Francisco (11), Linda (9), and Carlos (6). 

Wright Davis

Veteran entrepreneur Wright Davis has founded eleven companies, including real estate, mortgage brokerage, and insurance firms.  A trial lawyer, published author, and international trade delegate, Wright has been conducting seminars like "Mega Mortgages" for the past fifteen years.
